More than 25 Alliance pastors and leaders from various ministries connected to the Christian and Missionary Alliance in India shared their present ministry and future plans to plant churches and conduct mission among the large unreached people groups of the country.

Ministry reports and vision sharing were just one of the highlights of the event. They became windows for everyone to see what God is doing in different parts of India, and at the same time, they provide a new hope to bring God’s shining light to the least reached and unreached people group through a dynamic and strategic partnership. Added to that, the strong bond of unity that everyone is desiring within the body of Christ will be restored to its fullest place through the Spirit’s empowerment.

Despite all odds, God’s work in India will continue to live and grow. One participant said, “C&MA is alive and growing in India.” So, the Lord brought potential partners with various and unique resources who will make this thing happen for His glory and honor. God willing, new partnerships will be formed before this year ends.

This was the second consultation meeting of NAFI (National Alliance Fellowship of India) and was held May 27-29, 2019, in Mumbai. Seeing this new beginning of opportunities ahead of the C&MA India, and to keep its momentum, a third NAFI meeting is set for January 27-29, 2020. Expected participants will be around 50, including new potential partners.

NAFI current Ad-Hoc Committee

NAFI is a non-legislative and non-administrative body of key Alliance leaders who join together for partnership and cooperation. All pastors from India who identify themselves as part of the Christian and Missionary Alliance movement and are willing to partner in new initiatives of church planting and missions are welcome to participate.
