We envision that the Alliance women are living a satisfied relationship with God, connecting with one another, using their gifts, and spreading the gospel around the world.

Desired Outcome

 

Have Alliance women actively involved and empowered as servant-steward leaders in their local church, community, country and region through the ministries in Leadership, Prayer and Missions, Professionals and Career, and Pastor’s Wives who are connected and mobilized in fulfilling the Great Commission.

  1. Share leadership experiences that would be helpful for other women to use in their local ministries.
  2. Train and equip women for leadership through lecture and personal testimony.
  3. One Zoom meeting annually to connect leaders globally.

Suggested Topics: Leaders empowering other leaders.

Prayer and Missions
Monika Breault, Marie-Claire Gla
 

Goals:

  1. Raise up intercessors who will pray for the unreached people groups, nations, missionaries, and other concerns.
  2. Deepen the passion of the women in the prayer ministry by giving them training (Transform Prayer, College of Prayer).
  3. Strengthen the connection of the Alliance women by sharing prayer updates from different regions.

Suggested Activities:

  1. Connecting with all the prayer coordinators and prayer warriors in the regions.
  2. 21-day prayer and fasting for workers, idea missions globally and the unreached people groups.
  3. Teaching on prayer and fasting.
  4. Prayer-connect with Transform Prayer or College of Prayer.
Professionals and Career
Filipinas Barrieses, Lucy P. Bagongon, Sarrah Mae Gomez, Beatrice Koopmann
 

Goal:

  1. Equip working women or professionals for intentional evangelism and discipleship using their field of professions as their mission field to reach out to others.

Suggested Activities:

  1. Connecting with the working women/professionals.
  2. Empowered to influence.
  3. Training on evangelism and discipleship.
  4. Medical Missions.
Pastors’ Wives
Mami Yanagihara, Isabel Freire de Muthre
 

Goal:

  1. See pastors’ wives fulfilled and satisfied serving the Lord in partnering with their husbands and using their gifts, talents and strengths.

Suggested Activities:

  1. Connecting with pastors’ wives.
  2. Developing prayer partners or groups.
  3. Sharing topics related to pastors’ wives.

 

Note: only pastors’ wives can participate in this ministry.
