Church leaders, missionaries, and believers from 11 countries gathered near Buenos Aires, Argentina, in February 2026 to seek God’s direction for missions and strengthen cooperation in sending workers to cross-cultural fields.
In an atmosphere filled with cultural diversity, color, joy, and fellowship, 46 mission leaders and national presidents from 18 countries gathered for the Global Network of Mission Leaders Meeting, during the AWF Quadrennial in Yamoussoukro. The event reflected the heartbeat of the Alliance World Fellowship (AWF): unity in diversity and cooperation in fulfilling the Great Commission.
Inspired by the kindness of American missionary Mabel Francis, Mutsuko Ninomiya embraced Christianity and answered the call to serve as a missionary in Brazil, becoming a trailblazer as the first to be sent overseas by an indigenous Alliance church. Her unwavering faith and pioneering spirit led to the founding of the first Alliance churches in Brasília, leaving a legacy of hope and transformation.

In a spirit of collaboration and unity, national church presidents and mission leaders of the Alliance World Fellowship (AWF) gathered in Guadalajara, Mexico, September 25-27, 2024. Representatives from Latin America, North America, Africa and Europe shared strategies, celebrated innovative initiatives, and built meaningful partnerships to advance God’s mission globally.
In their latest mission to the Grand Equateur region, two dedicated missionary families have been diligently working to bring the gospel to the Pygmy communities.
