Reverend Marcel Bunda Bunda is the new President of the Alliance in DR Congo. During his term, he hopes to see the church become more mission-oriented and living a prayer-filled life. Let us pray that the Lord will send His Holy Spirit to guide him and his family.
The Church of the Believers, the C&MA Church in Liberia, celebrated its 37th anniversary at the end of May 2019, in the city of Monrovia. The event united members from all over the country in a weeklong celebration filled with worship, God’s Word, recognition and prayer. May God continue to bless their ministry and guide reverend Liberty as he leads the Alliance family in Liberia.
The only Portuguese speaking Alliance National Church in Africa, the ICAA (Igreja Cristã de Aliança em Angola) is concentrated in the oil-rich province of Cabinda but plans to expand its presence in the “mainland” Angola, planting new churches in the provinces of Malanje, Moxico and Zaire.
The members of the International Commission on Theological Education (ICTE) met in Nyack, New York, to discuss ways in which the AWF can encourage the Alliance National Churches to continue to embrace and promote an Alliance ethos within their ministries and contexts.

Reverend Noel N’Guessan Kouadio is the new President of the C&MA Church of Côte d’Ivoire, and is part of the third generation of his family to serve God through the Christian and Missionary Alliance. His vision is to see God’s glory restored within the Alliance, across the world and in his country.
The CLA Board met in Central America for a time of worship, reflection and encouragement. The members of the C&MA family in Guatemala were spiritually strengthened and challenged to continue with God’s work in their country and throughout the world.
Excitement is in the air as the AWF EMERALD (Europe & the Middle East) Region prepares for their Annual Conference of 2019 in Frankfurt, Germany. The theme is “Living the Fourfold Gospel”. Our brothers and sisters will be sharing experiences, learning from one another and encouraging each other. National Church leaders from 15 countries of the AWF Asia-Pacific Region (APAC) reassured their spiritual roots and discussed how a Spirit-empowered missionary movement can move forward to fulfill the Great Commission in the present era.
Although the Mongolian Alliance Church is young, it already has 12 organized churches and eight house churches. They also have many ongoing ministries that focus on counseling, development and giving care to those around them no matter their age or social condition. However, they still need our prayers to keep growing stronger, wiser, and more mature so that God’s light can shine brightly in all of Mongolia.
The Symposium of Alliance Theology made its debut at the AWF CLA (Latin America) Region in Argentina last month.
In the May AWF Prayer Requests, we prayed for the first National Alliance Fellowship of the India (NAFI) Coordinating Committee meeting. God answered our prayers and the leaders present had a fruitful and blessed time together.
The C&MA of Ivory Coast is one of the most vibrant Alliance churches in Africa and is crossing its boundaries to minister to other nations. Please, pray for the leadership of the National Alliance Church as they start new churches inside and outside the country and plan new community development projects.

This article tells our brothers’ and sisters’ story, from its first moments to its present, successful reality. We have only God to thank for the amazing things that were made possible through His church in Uruguay.
The Alliance in France had its Annual General Meeting on March 10th and it was a time of blessing and encouragement for all those involved. The Alliance in France has grown from four churches to 39 churches in 40 years, and three new Chinese churches are seeking to join in 2018. Please pray for wisdom and renewal of the national leadership in France as they seek to guide the church through continued growth.
