It is with great joy that we invite you to the 13th AWF Quadrennial Conference, to be held at the President Hotel in Yamoussoukro, Cote d’Ivoire, from October 8-12, 2025. Our theme this year is “Going Together” – a powerful call to strengthen our identity and mission as we collaborate across our global Alliance family.

This year’s convocation carries extraordinary significance, as we gather to celebrate a historic milestone: The 50th Anniversary of the Alliance World Fellowship (AWF)!

For five decades, God has faithfully led and sustained this ministry that unites our worldwide family. This conference will be a sacred time of worship, reflection, vision-casting, and thanksgiving—a moment to honor our past and move boldly into a Spirit-led future.

• Early Bird Registration: USD $390 per person for registrations until July 15, 2025.
  Registration fee includes materials and meals (lunch and coffee breaks). Not included are various costs such as airfare, accommodation, other meals, visa, vaccines, health insurance, etc.
• From July 16, the registration fee will be $440 USD.

The arrival/departure airport in Cote d’Ivoire is the Félix Houphouët Boigny International Airport in Abidjan.

The C&MA Cote d’Ivoire national church (CMA CI) will organize the transfer from the Abidjan Airport to Yamoussoukro (2-3 hours by road).

Arrival constraints: All delegates who arrive in Abidjan Airport on a flight after 4pm will be hosted by the national church before travelling to Yamoussoukro the following day.

Departure constraints: All delegates that depart from Abidjan airport on a flight before noon (12pm) will have to leave Yamoussoukro and travel to Abidjan the day before. They will be hosted by the national church in Abidjan before departing on their flight the following day.
