Registration for the AWF Quadrennial 2025 is now open

Dear Alliance Family,

As we journey together through a new year filled with promise and purpose, we are reminded of the words shared in the AWF New Year’s message – words that call us to deeper unity, renewed commitment, and bold faith in action.

It is with great joy that we invite you to the 13th AWF Quadrennial Conference, to be held at the Sultani River Hotel in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, from October 8-12, 2025. Our theme this year is “Going Together” – a powerful call to strengthen our identity and mission as we collaborate across our global Alliance family.

This year’s convocation carries extraordinary significance, as we gather to celebrate a historic milestone:
The 50th Anniversary of the Alliance World Fellowship (AWF)!
For five decades, God has faithfully led and sustained this ministry that unites our worldwide family. This conference will be a sacred time of worship, reflection, vision-casting, and thanksgiving—a moment to honor our past and move boldly into a Spirit-led future.

We are aware of the concerns arising from recent events in Eastern DRC. Please be assured: the Organizing Committee is closely monitoring the situation in partnership with the leadership of the C&MA Church of Congo DRC. At present, travel to Kinshasa is considered safe, and preparations are well underway to ensure a secure and welcoming environment for all attendees.

Let us come with confidence, faith, and great expectation—ready to be inspired, equipped, and united in mission.

Registration is now open, and we warmly encourage every member, leader, and friend of the Alliance to be part of this unforgettable celebration.
