More than 3,000 participants gathered for the Sunday service at the end of the General Assembly of the National Alliance Church in Congo (RDC). Rev. Célestin Koffi, the Africa Regional Coordinator, represented the international family. Together with Dr. Kenzo, the National Church President, he greeted the Women’s Movement and the Movement of Alliance Men who were having their assemblies at the same time.
During his stay, the Coordinator spoke at several occasions, like at the closing of the academic year of the Université de l’Alliance au Congo.
Rev. Koffi remarked: The sessions of the 118th General Assembly took place in a good spirit. Several resolutions were adopted after lively debates. The main theme expresses a prayer for the church and for the nation: Lord, fill us with your love!
