Twelve offices of the Alliance Theological School (FATEAC) in Ivory Coast were broken into. The recently installed computers that contained the software for the new financial system were taken. Cell phones and other personal items were also taken. This is tremendously discouraging at the beginning of a new academic year. However, we we can be thankful that no one was physically present when the robbery took place and thus there were no injuries. Pray that God will take what man meant for evil and bring good out of it. (From Laura Livingston’s newsletter)
FATEAC prepares leaders for Alliance Churches in West-Africa. Rector is Dr. Issiaka Coulibaly, who is also member of AWF’s International Commission on Theological Education.
