Last week the AWF  has sent a new amount (US$ 70.000) to the Philippines for relief for Typhoon Haiyan victims. To date, Alliance family members, including separate support from Vietnam, the USA and Canada, have given $1.27 million to Haiyan relief. Read more in a recent newsletter published by CAMA-USA.

The mission of the AWF is to facilitate cooperation among its 52 member churches and organizations as they work for the fulfillment of the Great Commission. The Alliance (Christian & Missionary Alliance) started as a movement in the 1880s and developed into a mission-minded denomination.
