With more than 30 years of ministry experience, Sadrac Diarra is the new President of the C&MA Church of Mali. Under God’s guidance, he plans to boost missionary and evangelization ministries to reach more ethnic groups. Pray for the spiritual, physical and material needs of Pastor Diarra’s family and the church.
Born in January 1962 in Mankoina, in the rural community of Mafoune, Sadrac Diarra is the new President of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church of Mali. He married at 25. He and his wife, Lydie Kamate, have three children: Nathan Jeanne, Séparation, and Élisabeth Diarra. Sadrac and his six siblings grew up in a Christian home, and he accepted our Lord Jesus as his Savior in October 1977 at 15 years of age.
After that, in 1980, Reverend Diarra heard the voice of God calling him to work in his ministry. In 1982, he entered the Bible Institute of Bobo Dioulasso and graduated in May of 1986. Following that, he dedicated himself to the evangelization of young people. Thanks to God’s amazing grace and Diarra’s dedication to the gospel, his pastor sent him in 1992 to a district 100 km away from where he was. Today, this region has 35 churches and more than 20 servants of God.
While serving the C&MA of Mali, under God’s guidance, Pastor Diarra intends to boost missionary efforts to reach more ethnic groups and communities that have not yet heard the Good News. Furthermore, he hopes to strengthen the administration of the national church and encourage doctoral education.
Reverend Diarra asks us to pray for the physical and spiritual health, and for the material and financial needs of his family. He also asks us to pray for unity in the national church and the new national committee. May God guide them through the adaption period and for his presidential term. Also pray for the Mali’s stability and safety.
