Alliance DNA and Theological Education
Strengthening the Alliance DNA means that each believer experiences a deeper life in Christ and is moved to missions as a result of the transformation brought by the work of the Holy Spirit. This will bring unity and identity to the church and allow members to grow and mature as a church on mission.
The International Commission of Theological Education (ICTE) has been working on initiatives such as the Alliance Distinctives Seminars/Webinars, the AWF Young Scholars program, the AWF Theology Prize, the Alliance Theological Symposium, the AWF Theological Repository and other projects that have been instrumental in strengthening the Alliance DNA throughout the C&MA. The overwhelmingly positive response to these initiatives confirmed the need to invest resources to strengthen the Alliance ethos in our movement.
