Juan-Carlos Parodi and his wife Gale (from Peru and the US) are involved in a variety of ministries in Manchester (UK): Christian International Fellowship for university students, English Courses for immigrants, so-called Life Groups for Farsi, Portuguese and Spanish speakers. The Lord is blessing and people come to Christ. But Gale is seriously ill and needs your prayer. She is in a semi unconscious condition and prognosis is poor, in the words of Juan-Carlos. He asks to pray for the Lord to glorify Himself. Pray also for their daughters Sarah and Elizabeth.
Pray for more workers as well. Juan: “We found so many opportunities to share the Gospel with so many people but our human capacity is so limited. We do not want to miss the opportunities available to us. We definitely need young adults or a young couple to minister among international students full time. We also need a native English speaker couple to join our pastoral team to share the teaching from the Word and the mentoring of young leaders.
